Tony is a former Accredited ACH Professional and Vice President of Operations with 18 years of experience in the banking industry.

He managed the Wire Transfer Department and oversaw day-to-day activities with a strong concentration in both internal and external audits and wire transfer risk assessments. Maintained, updated, and tested Business Continuity Plan and documented departmental procedures. Maintained the bank’s wire transfer policy and wire agreements.

Tony supervised the ACH department and performed quality control to ensure that Reg E and ACH Rules were in compliance. He maintained the claims management system to ensure that Reg E timelines for unauthorized ACH claims were met. Performed quarterly self-audits and assisted with the annual NACHA-required self-audit.
