Executive Vice President

Joe Casali is the Executive Vice President of NEACH and its subsidiary NEACH Payments Group (NPG). He is based in Burlington, MA and is committed to helping financial institutions capitalize on the opportunities inherent in payments innovation and the modernization of payments so they can better serve their members and customers.

Joe helps payments stakeholders take the next steps toward innovation. In addition, he serves as an advisor, helping financial institutions create payments programs that are safe, compliant, and sustainable.

Joe is a frequent speaker on payments topics at events and key forums across the country. He has spoken at national conferences including Nacha Payments, as well as many other regional gatherings.

With his focus on supporting the industry and shaping the future of payments, Joe has participated in a number of groups, including: the U.S. Faster Payments Council and Nacha’s Payments Innovation Alliance, where he is part of the Leadership Group, Emerging Payments Advisory Committee, and Co-Chair of the Faster Payments Playbook Group.

Joe joined NEACH in 1989, and for over 25 years focused on Information Technology, Accounting, and Education for the Association. Joe holds a BBA in Accounting and a Minor in Economics from the University of Massachusetts.  He received his Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology from Boston College. He has been certified by NACHA as an Accredited ACH Professional and by ECCHO as a National Check Professional, and is a Certified Trainer for the National Check Profession Certification Exam.
