As the Lead Advisor of NEACH Payments Group, Caitlyn forms close relationships with clients by taking the time to understand each client’s unique business model, strategic goals, and challenges that they may face as they work towards those goals. She conducts audit, risk management, and consulting services to provide clients with the knowledge, tools and resources necessary to maintain compliance and appropriately identify and mitigate risks while achieving strategic goals. Caitlyn collaborates with regulators and industry experts to ensure NEACH Payments Group stays ahead of any rules, laws, regulations, and guidance that impact clients. Her relationships and experiences allow her to radiate her knowledge by speaking on payments topics at events, forums, and developing specialized training sessions for various partners. With over 8 years of experience, Caitlyn is leading the industry to resilience and shaping the future of payments with proactive and intuitive guidance to industry participants and through her involvement in the industry.
