Larry joined the NEACH team in January 2005 and was focused primarily on developing and managing ACH Audit Services.  In addition, he was responsible for the administration of all Member Services, including: ACH Audits; ACH Risk Assessments; Customized Education; RDC Risk Reviews; and other upcoming new services.

Prior to joining NEACH, Larry worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston for over 38 years, and beginning with the inception of the ACH System in New England in the early 70s. Larry became responsible for managing all aspects of the 24-hour day-to-day ACH operations.

Larry retired from NEACH in June 2019 and since then continues as a NEACH Payments Group consultant conducting ACH Audits for Institutions.

Larry has been certified by NACHA as an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) since 1999.
