Kathleen Shea, AAP, APRP, CAMS, NCP

Kathleen worked for NEACH for almost 6 ½ years, performing ACH Audits, ACH Risk Assessments, writing content for Members Corner on the Neach.org website, and providing Education for NEACH members in the form of in-person and on-demand sessions, as well as training for NCP, APRP, and AAP certifications.  She also responded to member questions regarding ACH Rules and other regulations via email and the NEACH hotline and enjoyed sharing thoughts and suggestions regarding compliance with members.  Kathy worked for several banks for over 25 years prior to joining NEACH; most recently, she spent 17 years working in the operations department of a small community bank.

Kathleen retired from NEACH at the end of February 2022 and now works as a consultant for NEACH Payments Group, where she continues to conduct ACH Audits and Risk Assessments for institutions.
