Beth Patrikas has worked in the banking industry for 25 years with a focus on ACH Services, online banking and Reg E claim process.  She started her career in Treasury Operations which also included Account Analysis, Account Recon, Wires and Lockbox but after an internal reorganization her new role is focused on Electronic Transactions, specifically ACH services.

Her department also worked closely with the Treasury Services, Product Management and Technology teams to maintain and enhance the products and services in her area. 

She received her AAP in 2016 and has a thorough understanding of ACH rules as well as Regulation E. Beth also spent many years as the main contact point for the annual NEACH audits.  In addition, she has participated in several bank system conversions/upgrades including ACH Prefunding, Same Day ACH, ACH Unbalanced file and Third Party Sender Reviews.
