Rosenthal has extensive payments experience and a successful track record in strategy, partnerships, transformation, and commercialization in financial services and technology. She is a recognized executive leader known for her thought leadership, innovation, and client-centricity.

The NPG Board consists of two guaranteed seats from the parent company, NEACH, and three from businesses and organizations. Board members serve two-year terms, oversee the financial health and reporting of the organization, and help guide its strategic direction. Board members are well-versed in payments, risk management, compliance, information technology, finance, accounting, and related knowledge.
