Heather Williams is the Director of BSA/AML Risk and Compliance at NEACH Payments Group in Burlington, Massachusetts. She works with clients to develop sound BSA/AML Programs and ensure regulatory obligations are met.
She specializes in independent third-party regulatory testing and review as well as consulting on program enhancements, including policy and procedural soundness. Much of her work, beyond her time in various financial institutions, has been focused on helping clients who are experiencing regulatory enforcement and program clean-up.
She also focuses on highly tailored training for staff, stakeholders, and board members. She has trained regulators and clients across the country on AML considerations and program management.
