Client Services Coordinator ​


Emily brings a wealth of experience in customer service, operations, and process management, having previously worked in higher education, banking, and business development. Most recently, she served as a Records Management Specialist at Ohio University’s College of Business, where she played a key role in student services, transcript reviews, office management, and staff supervision.


Before that, Emily spent over three years in the banking industry as a Business Banking & Retail Lending Specialist. In this role, she ensured regulatory compliance, audited loan files, managed invoicing procedures, and handled loan documentation and UCC filings. She also worked closely with customers to track insurance and escrow accounts, ensuring smooth transactions and a positive client experience.


With her strong background in client relations, financial services, and process improvement, Emily is ready to make an impact on our team.
