Patricia (Patsy) Mullin has over 30 years of experience driving growth and innovation in the Treasury Management sector. Building on her deep knowledge of treasury operations, Mullin empowers financial institutions to strengthen essential functions—such as cash flow optimization, liquidity management, and risk mitigation—while also advancing consultative selling and relationship-building capabilities. Her strategic leadership helps institutions cultivate the skills and mindset needed to succeed in today’s rapidly evolving payments environment.
To ensure these programs remain relevant and impactful, Mullin aligns training with current financial regulations and industry best practices. She collaborates closely with treasury teams to identify skill gaps and tailor learning solutions to meet organizational needs. By continuously evaluating program effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, she drives ongoing improvement. In addition, she oversees the creation of scalable educational resources—including manuals, e-learning modules, and other tools—that support a dynamic and future-ready institution.
Before transitioning to her current role, Patsy enjoyed a highly successful career as a Senior VP, Director of Treasury Management, and Sales Manager at community banks and other financial institutions across the U.S.
A recognized thought leader in Treasury Management, Patsy shares her insights at both the local and national levels and holds credentials as a Certified Cash Manager (CCM) from the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP). She also serves as Past President and a former member of the Board of Directors for the New England Association for Financial Professionals (NEAFP). From 2020 to 2023, Patsy also played a valuable role in shaping NEACH’s strategic direction as a Board Member.
