Gretchen McNeal has built a distinguished career in the financial services industry spanning more than 30 years. She began her career as a teller straight out of high school in Mississippi, later advancing to a teller position at a credit union in Vicksburg. In 1999, she joined a bank as an Operations Specialist, marking the start of her long-standing commitment to operational excellence.
Gretchen’s leadership skills and deep understanding of banking procedures and compliance led to her promotion to Operations Manager in 2005. Over the next several years, she refined her expertise in regulatory standards, operational processes, and branch support. In 2018, Gretchen became the Director of Branch Administration, a role in which she led the bank’s retail division, including oversight of all branch retail operations.
She holds two significant industry credentials: Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), achieved in 2009, and National Check Payments Certification (NCPC), earned in 2014. Gretchen’s decades of experience, passion for service, and commitment to operational integrity continue to make her a respected leader in the banking community.
