Virtual Audits & Risk Assessments during the COVID-19 Pandemic

NEACH Payments Group strives to create a payments landscape that is safe, compliant, and sustainable. As COVID-19 continues to impact our daily lives, we want to assure you that we are ready and prepared to help you remain compliant. 

Pandemic restrictions currently prevent us from performing onsite audits and risk assessments. However, we can efficiently perform them remotely using a Virtual Data Room. NEACH Payments Group uses ShareFile® by Citrix, which include security measures such as not allowing advisors to download any documents, viewing only in PDF form.  Also, advisors are unable to print any documents and a date can be scheduled for when the files will be automatically deleted.  Once deleted, documents cannot be recovered.  

Our virtual platform combines technology, security and ease-of-use to give you the ability to accomplish required audits and risk assessments securely and safely. NEACH Payments Group advisors also adhere to a very strict internal policy to ensure all security measures remain in place.
